Store Credit & Reprint Policy

At DTFPRINTANDSTITCH, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed properly.

By placing an order, you agree to our terms of service and understand our shipping, return, refund, store credit, and reprint policy.

Store Credit & Reprints

Because all DTF transfers and custom products are made to order, we do not accept returns.

If an error was made on our side, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order. Clear photos of the problem may be required so the order can be reviewed.

After reviewing the issue, we will determine whether a reprint or store credit is appropriate.

When Reprints Are Not Offered

Reprints will not be provided for issues caused by:

• Poor-quality artwork

• Low-resolution files

• Artwork with unwanted backgrounds

• Incorrect sizing submitted by the customer

• Files that were not print-ready

• Pressing errors during application

• Issues with the final product or garment being used

• Incorrect order details submitted at checkout

Tiny detail, massive consequence. Apparently printing is still bound by the laws of physics. Annoying, but true.

DTF Transfers and Gang Sheet Orders

For orders that include DTF Transfers or Gang Sheets, please make sure all design requirements are followed before submitting your files.

Customers are responsible for checking artwork quality, sizing, layout, file format, and background transparency before placing an order.

Approved Reprints

If a reprint is approved, we may reprint all or part of your order depending on the issue.

Approved reprints are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

An order confirmation will be provided after checkout so you can review your order details. Incorrect or incomplete shipping information may cause delays or delivery issues.

Important Note

We always aim to provide high-quality DTF transfers and custom products. However, final results also depend on the quality of the submitted artwork, correct order details, proper heat press settings, and correct application.
